I’m passionate about what the human body can achieve through proper training, often far more than we think. My journey began with fitness as a complement to downhill skateboarding and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where I also learned the value of recovery through sports physiotherapy.
I’m not naturally athletic and often need to push myself, but I train because of the countless benefits: greater resilience, more energy, improved mental focus, reduced discomfort, and enhanced daily life. I understand how challenging it can be to start or restart training, especially alone.
